Returns Policy

Return Period
Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
For custom-tailored or personalized items, returns are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement, before the tailoring process begins. Once tailoring has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or returned due to their personalized nature.
Eligible Items
We accept returns on products that:
- Were shipped by Velnario
- Are in their original, unworn condition
- Have all original tags and packaging intact
- Are accompanied by the original proof of purchase
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-tailored suits after the 24-hour cancellation period
- Altered or modified garments
- Accessories that have been used or show signs of wear
- Items marked as final sale
Return Process

- Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Package your items securely in their original packaging
- Include the RAN and original receipt in the package

Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- Our team will inspect the items within 2 business days
- You will receive an email confirming the status of your return
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days
Please Note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- The original delivery fee will be deducted from your refund amount
Exchanges
For size or style exchanges:
- Contact our customer service team within the 30-day return period
- The replacement item must be in stock
- Additional tailoring fees may apply for exchanged items
- Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide detailed photos of the damage or incorrect item
- We will arrange for return shipping at our expense
- A replacement will be sent or a full refund issued including original shipping costs
